Garlic Butter Steak Bites
π Ingredients
1Β½ lbs (700 g) sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1οΈβ£ Prep the Steak
Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (very important for a good sear).
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2οΈβ£ Sear the Steak
Heat a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over high heat.
Add olive oil.
Place steak pieces in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
Sear 1β2 minutes per side until browned.
Remove from pan and set aside.
(Cook in batches if needed.)
3οΈβ£ Make Garlic Butter
Reduce heat to medium.
Add butter to the same pan.
Once melted, add minced garlic.
Cook 30β45 seconds until fragrant (donβt burn it).
4οΈβ£ Combine
Return steak bites to the pan.
Toss in garlic butter for 1 minute.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
